In any given year, TS Constructions can deliver in excess of $30 million worth of commercial and domestic buildings to a diverse range of clients. Water Park Water Park Construction of a new water park facility at the Big 4 Caravan Park in Inverloch.

Traralgon Greyhounds Traralgon Greyhound Racing Club The construction of a new grandstand facility and race control tower has dramatically improved this regional greyhound track.
Anglican Units Construction of five new units in Broughton Avenue Cowes. TS Constructions were invited to construct a series of five units for the Anglican Church, in an environmentally sensitive area on Phillip Island
Dental CRC Wonthaggi Hospital – CRC & Dental Construction of a new 640m2 building to provide community rehabilitation and public dental facilities for the Wonthaggi Hospital
IGA-Logo San Remo IGA The San Remo IGA has been doubled in size and totally transformed to create a vibrant and modern supermarket for this rapidly growing, coastal town.  TS Constructions successfully completed the works whilst the supermarket continued to trade
latrobe_regional_hospital Latrobe Regional Hospital Mother & Baby Unit and Flynn High Dependency Unit These two essential community facilities form part of the hospital. Built to exacting standards and designed to withstand extreme conditions, this project continues TS Constructions strong association with the development of the hospital
Leongatha Secondary College 02 Leongatha Secondary College TS Constructions have created four new buildings designed by Kneeler Design Architects. This $10 million project is a lasting asset for the students of Leongatha.
 LRH Allied Health Latrobe Regional Hospital, Allied Health Allied Health services at Latrobe Hospital were significantly extended. The building was linked and incorporated into the existing hospital structure whilst the hospital and allied health services were fully operational, providing an extra level of complexity to the project.
 Woni North Kinder Wonthaggi Kindergarten This project consisted of a new extension to the existing children’s room, new verandah, refurbishment and minor extension to a community meeting room within the building, modification to existing children’s bathroom, refurbishment of the existing classroom and installation of water storing tank.
 BSCS Logo BCSC Office and Reception Renovation Refurbishment of the Shire Offices including new reception, meeting rooms and offices
CFA 06 Wonthaggi Fire Station The recently completed Wonthaggi CFA station was a $2.8 million project and is a significant improvement on the old facilities.  Built on a new, greenfield site in White Street it consists of a four bay garage with full workshop facilities, operations centre, training rooms and turnout rooms.
 The New Cowes Ambulance Station Cowes Ambulance Station The Cowes Ambulance Station is the first 24 hour station on Phillip Island. A striking construction, with huge, clear span undercover workshop and bays and comfortable staff quarters, this facility will become a long term asset for the community.
bcsc Bass Coast Shire Council Office and Administration Building This innovative office design has a combination of open plan and private offices. Constructed in lightweight materials and utilising passive environmental design principles, this building is a much needed addition for the staff at Bass Coast Shire.
Fairway View Concept Fairway Views Resort Cowes Fairway Views is a natural evolution in housing on Phillip Island. Twenty units of two stories surround a central leisure facility which is exclusively available to the complex. A swimming pool, tennis court, putting green, BBQ and decking provide a wealth of leisure options for residents, and a fenced and gated compound provides security and exclusivity.
Outdoor Lifestyle 2 Private Residence Inverloch The construction of a substantial family home on a lifestyle block in a seaside resort town provided a significant blank canvas with which to play with. The main building consists of a luxurious family home and an amazing pool house completes the facilities. Constructed of a combination of limestone block work, rendered surfaces and timber, and with a variety of flat and racked roofs, the building provides plenty of visual appeal.
RACV 1 RACV Resort Inverloch Noticing a gap in the accommodation market, within the already successful RACV resort, a narrow and sloping site was chosen to create a range of mid level energy efficient two bed room accommodation cabins. Given the complexities of the site the result is astounding with each of the 20 cabins having enough separation to give privacy to the occupants who enjoy the comfort of the many sustainable design features, within the spacious but compact cabin, whilst having a relaxing outlook into the large established vegetation within the adjoining greenbelt area.
 Wonthaggi Residence Private Residence Wonthaggi The client requested a substantial family home that could cater for a significant collection of vehicles and ‘toys’ and require minimal upkeep from the busy couple. Outdoor areas are a combination of paving, decking and concrete with low maintenance, water wise gardens. Finishes include brick veneer to the lower level, rendered lightweight foam to the upper levels, built on a concrete slab with a colourbond roof. Internally a mix of floor coverings selected for the specific usage of each room and premium finishes to all joinery make the home a pleasure to live in.
 Ventnor Residence Private Residence Ventnor The house is a two story, rendered brick and foam structure, with concrete slab floor on the lower level and a suspended concrete slab for the upper level. The lower level consists of three bedrooms with built in robes, a family room, shared bathroom, and laundry and entry hall. The upper level has a full width balcony facing to the north with views over Westernport Bay to the Mornington Peninsular. A central kitchen, meals and double living area form the heart of the home, heated by a built in gas log fireplace. The master suite is also on this level, with an expansive room opening directly to the balcony and wall of windows providing an inspirational view. A compact study completes the level
 Grantville Ambulance Station Grantville Ambulance Station The third of four ambulance stations built by TS Constructions, this state of the art facility is a welcome addition to the Grantville community. Consisting of vehicle bays, workshops, office and officers facilities, this modern and exceptionally constructed building will be a key asset for years to come.
Drouin CFA Before & After CFA Stations (Glen Alvie, Heath Hill, Drouin South & Kongwak) The CFA is progressively updating the front line defences for regional communities. TS Constructions were the successful tenderer for a package of 4 stations that were required to be built to a tight timeline. Delivered in time for the peak danger period, TS Constructions is pleased to be part of protecting Victorias assets
 Inverloch Primary School Entry Inverloch Primary School Rowan Opat Architects were engaged to create a series of learning spaces and TS Constructions were the successful tenderer. The first stage consisted of an office/administration block, library complex, art rooms, six general purpose classrooms with multiple common use areas, student toilets and an impressive entrance that incorporates an access ramp, front fence and is the signature of the building. The second stage incorporated four additional class rooms with multiple common use areas, a second block of student toilets and extensive landscaping works.
 Wonthaggi North Primary School Wonthaggi North Primary School Part of the Building the Education Revolution (BER) initiative, Wonthaggi Primary School has had a spectacular and innovative asset added to their school. The project consisted of a multipurpose learning space, teachers facilities and specialist classrooms.
 Cowes Primary School Exterior 4 Cowes Primary School Cowes Primary School was the recipient of a BER grant to build a multi-million dollar project consisting of six classrooms and teacher facilities, surrounding a flexible and central learning area. Built by TS Constructions, the design principles promote active, student-centred learning and incorporate positive elements to inspire student development. Ecological sustainability principles are embedded in the designs, construction and operation, and the finish has been selected to be durable and long lasting.
 Bridgeview 2 Bridgeview San Remo As a lifestyle choice there is nothing that can compare to Bridgeview San Remo. With 19 stunning and luxurious apartments with a range of floorplans and sizes, the options available are extensive. Each apartment has been designed to maximise light and views and contain the latest in modern appliances and services.
 San Remo Fishermans Co Op San Remo Fishermans Co-Op With a history going back to 1948 and a strong tie to the local community, the San Remo Fishermans Co-Operative required a total renovation to bring it into the current century. TS Constructions added a new cafe, kitchen and extensive decking whilst restoring the original building. Featuring extensive timberwork, the building is ready to serve the local fleet for another 50 years or more.
St Josephs Wonthaggi Entry 3 St Josephs Primary Stage 2 The next stage of St Josephs journey with TS Constructions has seen the delivery of 3 new modern classroom, common areas and administration areas. With a feature walkway lined with floor to ceiling timber beams and expanses of glass, the finished project is not just functional, it’s an inspiring space to spend time in.
 Captains Lounge Inverloch Esplanade Hotel Stage 2 After successfully refurbishing the lower level, TS Constructions were entrusted to developing the underused upper leve. Now known as the Captains Lounge, this iconic meeting place has features and facilities that make it the premier watering hole in a vibrant seaside location. Working to strict timelines and around a fully working pub, the project was delivered on time and on budget.

Wonthaggi Ambulance Station

Wonthaggi Ambulance Station TS Constructions have delivered an visually striking, functional and comfortable ambulance facility for the Rural Ambulance Service. Located on a busy road, the design elicited comment from locals as soon as it started coming out of the ground. Now complete, it is clear that the skill of TS Constructions has delivered the architects vision.
St Joseph's Stage 1 St Joseph’s Primary School Extensions Stage 1 The addition of new classrooms within an existing education setting can often become discordant, with the newer, modern design clashing with the older structures. At St Joseph’s the new building creatively considers the existing structures, utilising similar brickwork and reinterpreting the existing forms in a new a fresh manner. Internally the rooms are bright and airy, with extensive soundproofing assisting in active learning for the students
Phillip Island RSL 08 Cowes RSL A regional RSL can often become the hub of a community. When the Cowes RSL needed to greatly expand its size whilst still trading they turned to TS Constructions. An entire new restaurant, kitchen, gaming room, function rooms and impressive entry was built whilst the existing premises continued to trade. Once the new area was released to the client, works started in old section, bringing it all together in a seamless manner.
Eco Resort 1 Phillip Island Eco Resort The Phillip Island Eco Resort was the most ambitious accommodation project ever undertaken on the island. Working under extremely tight deadlines, TS Constructions managed multiple teams of both our own contractors and additional subcontractors to meet and exceed these deadlines. This ensured our client had a smooth, trouble free opening period. With a final contract in excess of $30,000,000, TS Constructions minimised the stress for the client
Phillip Island Race Track Australia PI Grand Prix Expo Building & upgrade works The Phillip Island Grand Prix track is a world renowned venue, hosting international events that receive saturation coverage across the globe. The track required an additional 2200m2 of floor area to be built for a multitude of usages. Construction was sandwiched between events and deadlines were critically important. The final steel framed structure contained extensive commercial kitchen and blended seamlessly with the existing buildings in the complex.
Cowes_Medical_Centre Cowes Medical Centre Located next to the busiest intersection in Cowes, a new multipurpose medical facility stands proud and distinctive. A striking roofline spans over a chemist, medical facility, radiology and laboratory, integrating the three businesses into a single visual form that has become the hub for medical needs on Phillip Island. TS Constructions again provided a suite of services to enable this vital resource to rise out of a green field site.
Residential - McNamara 01 Private Residence Inverloch TS Constructions has delivered an exceptional family home that utilises a variety of differing materials to create a significant and visually appealing impact both inside and out. Walking through the front door, the extra wide hallway has a run of feature times and wall cavities for displaying family treasures. The family zone is a reinterpretation of open plan living, with minimal fuss in design, square set cornices and display openings.
 CSP-01 C-Scape Apartments Facing a northern beach C-Scape rises out of the ground in a stunning example of modern design. Constructed using tilt slab construction, but camouflaged with a variety of innovative claddings, the floors have utilised the latest in pretensioned slabs. An assortment of modern and traditional finishes have been skilfully utilised and finished, creating a striking visual impression. Different materials seamlessly intersect, overlap and merge, testament to the skills of the trades involved.
