WINNER: HIA 2019 AUSTRALIAN GREENSMART HOME & GREENSMART SUSTAINABLE HOME AWARDS  TS Constructions would like to congratulate #beaumontbuildingdesign for winning the prestigious nationally recognised 2019 HIA Australian GreenSmart Home and GreenSmart Sustainable Home for the CORE 9 home.
The HIA GreenSmart Home award is the highest accolade presented at the 2019 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Australian GreenSmart Awards and recognises businesses that make a positive difference to the environment by designing energy efficient and sustainable homes. Judges commended the 9.1 star-rated, net energy positive home which features a 6kW solar PV system and battery energy storage along with a 10,000-litre rainwater tank and locally-sourced materials within the stylish design.
